Originally a DJ from Fort Collins, Colorado, Justin Franks aka Frank E started experimenting with music production during college in 2003. After graduating, he teamed up with the Radiobums DJ crew, he started working with Adelio Lombardi and Side 3 Entertainment. Frank E soon became a top name in the Denver club circuit as a DJ/remixer, and was perfecting his craft as a producer at the same time.

In 2007 after submitting a track via PMP Worldwide, he was discovered by Mike Caren of APG, who later signed DJ Frank E in early 2008. Since then, Frank E has worked with numerous artists, including Madonna, Flo Rida, B.o.B, Chris Brown, Enrique Iglesias Pit Bull, Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Estelle, Plies, Sky Ferreira, John Legend, The Noistettes, Sean Kingston, Toni Braxton, Three 6 Mafia, Cody Simpson, Nelly Furtado, Chamillionaire, DJ Tiesto, Justin Bieber, Shontelle, Travis McCoy, Miranda Cosgrove, Janelle Monae, Adam Lambert,  T-Pain, Trina, Nicki Minaj, 50 Cent and many others. In 2010, he became the recipient of an ASCAP award for his work on Flo Rida’s international smash single “Right Round”.

Looking ahead, Frank E plans on building his brand as a producer and DJ, while keeping his eye out for the next young talented DJ/producer. He also hopes to keep following in the footsteps of his idols, and inspire others to achieve what they dream.
